Never would have I imagined to visit Iceland on a cruise. However our first visit to this island was actually during a cruise. Obviously we plan on returning when our kids are older, but this was a good taste of the raw beauty of the land of fire and ice. I have written a post below on how you can make the most of your cruise stops in Iceland but obviously you can also check these places out even if you are not visiting on a cruise.
